Workforce Solutions partners with employers in York, Cumberland, Sagadahoc, Lincoln, Knox, and Waldo counties to provide programs, services, and financial assistance to employees to help alleviate the financial concerns businesses may face with recruitment, training and the retention of their workforce. This includes paid work experiences, on-the-job training, and incumbent worker training (limited to specific occupations related to construction/skilled trades, and engineering career pathways).
