What to expect

The first step in participating in any of our free NDEC classes and programs is to complete our confidential enrollment registration form at www.digitalequitycenter.org/enroll/.  If you are comfortable registering for classes on your own, you may do so by clicking the “Classes” link below.
If you would like a digital navigator for your area to get in touch with you, you may instead fill out the “Need Help” form by clicking on the link below.  You may also call us at 207-259-5010 and we will put you in touch with a Digital Navigator.  In any of these three cases, the first step will be to fill out our one-time enrollment form.  You will then be able to take advantage of any of our free services, including free small group classes, affordable internet coaching, free or low-cost devices, and digital navigator one-on-one assistance.  You can also request a “Digital Skills Success Plan”, which starts with a conversation about your current digital skills, internet and device access.  We then recommend a sequence of steps to help you achieve your goals.
